Job is on-site in Mexico City Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join our talented team. Understanding design stages and estimate levels. Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.

Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle. Analyzing labor markets and cost drivers such as unions & tax. Benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications Advanced level of English required, as the candidate will be working with international Clients. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, cost management, quantity surveying,



engineering or field related to construction.

Experience working in a construction cost management role such as Estimating, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.

Experience supporting program level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects.
