Position Summary
As a Salesforce Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity, system reliability, and application performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

The idóneo candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Development, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Debugging/Troubleshooting,



as well as the ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to other team members.

This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to contribute to key technical decisions across multiple teams.

- Act as a software detective by analyzing complex application issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions.
- Develop, support, and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Support and enhance solutions built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
