We are looking for a dedicated, full time Supply Chain Manager to own demand planning, vendor management, and wholesale replenishment across our portfolio of consumer products brands. This is a company with multiple direct to consumer subscription brands, one single purchase DTC brand, and two wholesale brands sold through major retail partners.

This role sits at the center of our supply chain operations, working closely with our warehouse team, finance, and brand leads to keep inventory accurate, purchase orders on schedule, and reporting visible to leadership. You will be the person who catches a forecasting error before it becomes a stockout, who flags an FBA shipment deadline before it slips, and who builds the reporting infrastructure that lets leadership see inventory health at a glance across every brand and channel.

Sales

Order and Inventory Accuracy Across Channels Own the process of pulling sales orders across all sales channels, including wholesale retail partners and marketplace channels, and ensuring inventory is accurately and promptly decremented as orders ship from our warehouse Maintain a real time, accurate view of true available inventory at all times, since forecasting, reordering, and fulfillment decisions all depend on this number being correct Review and reconcile weekly cycle count data provided by the warehouse shipping and receiving coordinator against expected inventory levels based on sales order activity Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, tracing issues back to root cause, whether that is a sales order processing error, a receiving error, or a physical count error Note: this role reviews and reconciles cycle count data but does not have supervisory authority over the warehouse coordinator,



who reports separately to the Senior Operations Manager Demand Planning and Forecasting Analyze sales velocity across all DTC brands and forecast demand by SKU Determine and execute reorder timing and quantities for DTC brands to avoid stockouts and overstock Incorporate seasonality trends and channel performance data from ecommerce, Amazon, retail marketplace, and social commerce channels into forecasting and reorder decisions Coordinate directly with our overseas production team on reorder needs, production timing, and inventory availability Own the shipment calendar and deadline tracking for inventory sent into third party fulfillment centers (including Amazon FBA), ensuring shipments are submitted on time to prevent sales disruption Wholesale Replenishment Track replenishment needs and inventory levels for our wholesale retail partners Ensure wholesale order planning accounts for retailer specific lead times and minimum order requirements Maintain a formal reorder tracker and replenishment schedule, kept current and accessible to leadership Build and maintain regular reporting on inventory health, discrepancy trends, and stock levels across all brands, giving leadership clear and reliable visibility Proactively communicate inventory risks and planning recommendations directly to leadership, rather than waiting to be asked Support cross functional projects tied to supply chain systems or reporting improvements Prior experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory management, ideally spanning both DTC and wholesale or retail channels Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets for forecasting and reporting Ability to work as a dedicated, full time resource for a single company Comfort working independently in a remote structure with regular reporting cadence to leadership A stage of company where you will help build supply chain infrastructure and reporting from the ground up, not just follow existing systems Full ownership of demand planning and wholesale replenishment across multiple brands
