Their product supports authors, narrators, agents, and publishers throughout the content creation, release, promotion, analytics, and performance tracking lifecycle.

Job Summary We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define and build the foundational product experience for a next-generation creator platform, establishing UX principles, design systems, and interaction patterns from the ground up.



Audiobook lifecycle and release tracking Promotion and marketing workflows Creator analytics and performance dashboards Multi-title catalog management Notifications and communication systems AI-assisted creator tools Design systems and scalable interaction patterns Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery

- Transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Establish and evolve design systems and interaction patterns
- Balance speed and quality while working in an iterative environment
- Advocate for design excellence and user experience best practices.

Experience working within startup or early-stage product environments;

What We're Looking For Strong product and UX thinking

- Excellent visual design craft and attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing thoughtful design decisions. Nice to Have Creator economy, media, publishing, or content platform experience;

Background working on platforms similar to creator-focused subscription, publishing, productivity, or media products.
