Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mérida, YUC, responsible for leading complex digital product and workflow design projects from initiation through delivery. This role oversees project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, coordinating closely with designers, developers, AI specialists, and external partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that project outcomes align with client goals and user-centered design principles.

The Senior Project

Manager communicates regularly with clients, manages expectations, prepares status reports, and facilitates decision-making across stakeholders. This position also contributes to improving internal processes,



standardizing documentation, and mentoring team members to enhance project execution and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience with planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in expediting, acting as an Expeditor and performing Expediting activities to accelerate workflows, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Background in Inspection, with the ability to review deliverables, assess quality, and verify compliance with requirements and standards.
- Logistics Management experience to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across internal teams and external specialists.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in digital product, UX/UI, or technology-focused environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in modern project management tools and documentation practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with or coordinating AI-related or digital design projects is a plus.
