Senior SDET Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to drive quality engineering for next-generation intelligent and agentic products. This is a hands-on role combining strong software engineering and automation expertise with experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications, APIs, user journeys, and production-grade platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end quality engineering for AI/agentic applications, APIs, UI, workflows, and platform services.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Define testing strategies for AI/agent-based systems, including response quality, workflow validation, tool usage, guardrails, reliability, and failure scenarios.
- Build automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to support high-confidence releases.
- Develop effective test data, validate edge cases, identify defects, and drive root-cause analysis through resolution.
- Evaluate performance, scalability, reliability, resilience,



and observability .
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and AI/data teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive improvements in testability, automation, developer productivity, and overall engineering quality.
- Mentor team members and promote modern quality engineering and automation best practices.

Requirements
- Strong experience as an SDET, Software Engineer in Test, or Automation Engineer with solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise developing automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing .
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications, agentic systems, or intelligent workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile development, CI/CD, test strategy, and continuous testing .
- Experience with performance, reliability, resilience, and scalability testing.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
