Trinetix is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery & Network Procurement unit within the telecom domain. In this role, you will act as the end-to-end owner of customer deliveries, ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of network services. You will coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and customers, managing all aspects of service implementation from order to activation.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience in telecommunications service delivery, particularly within infrastructure, fiber, and DWDM technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of customer orders, ensuring fulfillment, quality, and on-time readiness. Coordinate with internal teams, field engineers, and third-party suppliers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Oversee the accurate registration of service components in internal support systems.

Lead testing, troubleshooting, and service activation in collaboration with technical teams. Manage procurement and ordering of local tails, cross connects, and CPE equipment. Escalate issues impacting the Ready for Service (RFS) date and drive resolution.

Conduct Early Life

Support (ELS) for newly delivered services.

Support

Sales and Solution Engineers during customer meetings regarding delivery timelines and requirements.

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery within the telecommunications industry.



Proven background in DWDM and Infrastructure projects (fiber, colocation).

Experience in network build, design, and delivery processes. Previous exposure to field engineering (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting). Proficiency in Ethernet & IP Services (Layer 2, DIA, Cloud).

Fluent

English (written and spoken) Fluent German or additional languages is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong project management and organizational skills. Passion for client satisfaction and service excellence. Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work across regions and teams. Nice-to-Haves Field engineering experience (equipment installation, circuit turn-up, patching). Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.

Certifications or training in DWDM equipment or telecom systems.
