This role supports a growing portfolio of physician-led businesses spanning healthcare, education, media, publishing, and professional services. Key brands include Pinnacle Business Academy, Mindful Practice Podcast, Phoenix Medical Spa, Phoenix Ascend Press, and related ventures. The idóneo candidate will focus on the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain an organized content calendar across assigned brands and platforms.

· Create branded static graphics, short-form video/reels, promotional assets, engagement posts, and other platform-appropriate content.

· Write clear captions, hooks, calls to action, promotional copy, and audience-engagement copy that matches each brand.

· Repurpose podcasts, interviews, speaking appearances, webinars, articles, book content, educational material, and founder ideas into multiple social assets.

· Schedule and publish content consistently using approved workflows and platform tools.

· Maintain brand standards, including correct logos, colors, fonts, tone, audience, offer, and CTA for each business.

· Support community engagement, including Facebook-group prompts, comments, audience interaction, and basic moderation where assigned.

· Coordinate with the Operations & Systems VA when campaigns require landing pages, forms, automations, lead capture, or backend changes.

· Maintain an organized content library and asset bank so approved material can be efficiently reused and repurposed.

· Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, inquiries, and lead-driving content, and summarize meaningful trends.

Must Have Skills:

· Strong social-media content planning and calendar-management skills; must be capable of maintaining a consistent cadence without daily prompting.

· Excellent copywriting for captions, hooks, CTAs, promotional posts, and engagement content.

· Strong Canva or comparable visual-design capability, with demonstrated ability to follow an established brand rather than redesign it arbitrarily.

· Short-form video editing and repurposing skills for reels, clips, and platform-native content.

· Ability to turn one long-form asset into multiple useful pieces of content across platforms.

· Excellent attention to brand detail, including correct logo, colors, typography, voice, audience, and CTA.

· Strong organization and file-management habits for content libraries, templates, raw media, approvals, and scheduled posts.

· Working knowledge of social analytics and the ability to explain what is working, what is not, and what should change.

· Professional written English and the judgment to represent physician-led healthcare and professional brands appropriately.

· Reliability and deadline ownership; missed deadlines or obstacles must be communicated before the deadline, not afterward.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience creating content for healthcare, physicians, coaches, consultants,

educators, authors, podcasts, or professional-service businesses.

· Experience supporting multiple brands or business lines simultaneously.

· Familiarity with podcast clips, book launches, webinars, lead magnets, community-building, event promotion, and conversion-focused campaigns.

· Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel or another CRM is helpful for coordinating lead-generation campaigns, but deep systems administration is not required.

Success in this Role Looks Like:

· Content is planned ahead instead of created at the last minute.

· Each brand remains visually and verbally distinct and accurate.

· Founder-generated ideas and long-form content are regularly repurposed without requiring the founder to rewrite every post.

· Publishing remains consistent even during busy clinical, academic, travel, or speaking periods.

· Analytics are used to improve future content rather than merely reported.

· The founder is reviewing strategy and key approvals, not functioning as the day-to-day social-media manager.
