Role Description:

This is a full or half time, on-site Social Media Operations Intern role based in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities include assisting with content creation, updating social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams to gather information, and helping implement digital marketing campaigns. The intern will track basic performance metrics, support community management by responding to comments or inquiries under guidance, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.



The role offers hands-on experience with social media operations in a global technology environment and requires close collaboration with the marketing and communications teams on-site.

Qualifications:

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to support campaigns and platform growth.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills for crafting engaging posts and visual materials.
- Effective Communication skills for clear writing, coordination with internal teams, and professional interaction with online audiences.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube dashboards).
- Currently pursuing a career in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in technology and telecommunications; prior internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
