FieldBridge is hiring on behalf of a client, a Houston-based AI consulting and implementation firm building production software for U.S. clients in industrial IoT, inventory management, aviation, and drilling.
We're looking for a full-stack developer based in Guadalajara who work daily with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex — not as an experiment, but as the core of how the team ships software.
? Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Remote — occasional visits to our Colonia Americana office when needed)
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
? Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 MXN gross/month, based on experience
? Contract type: Full-time contract through FieldBridge.

What You'll Do
- Apply AI coding agents to production code as part of the daily workflow
- Build AI harnesses, agents, and tool-calling workflows that make AI features reliable in production
- Build features across the stack — interfaces,
application logic, APIs, and database work
- Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work in Git/GitHub with a normal PR and code review workflow
What You Need
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex (required — this is central to how the team works)
- 1–5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong skills in at least two of: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- REST API design and third-party integration experience
- Git/GitHub with PR and code review workflow
- Experience in at least one cloud environment (Azure or AWS preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents, harnesses, MCP servers, or multi-agent workflows (strongest differentiator for this role)
- Evaluation and tracing frameworks for AI reliability
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
