Job Objective: We're growing fast and looking for a Software Engineer who could transition to Founding Engineer to lead teams. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications, frontend and backend (we move where the product needs us).

Build end-to-end features with high standards of quality, speed, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements: 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience. Strong command of at least one full technology stack (frontend + backend) with the ability to design scalable solutions. JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, Express/Hono, React/NextJs,



Tailwind/CSS Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+) Experience in startups (software-first), YC backed, or big tech.

Proven track record of applying best practices: testing, clean code, design patterns, documentation, CI/CD.

Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases . Hands-on experience deploying applications to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others). Solid experience with version control (Git) in collaborative environments.
