We’re hiring an experienced Solar Project Coordinator / Permit & Design Specialist to manage residential solar projects from design and permitting through utility approval and installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage solar permitting and municipal approvals.
- Prepare utility interconnection and NJ SREC documentation.
- Create residential PV designs using HelioScope or similar software.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, utilities, municipalities/AHJs, and installers.
- Track projects, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.

Requirements

- Residential solar industry experience is required.
- Hands-on HelioScope/PV design experience.
- Knowledge of solar permitting, utility interconnection, and NJ SREC.
- Familiarity with utility requirements, AHJs, building codes, and solar workflows.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented,



and able to manage projects independently.
