This position is responsible for direct and manage the sourcing process to execute Merchant strategies by identifying sourcing opportunities to ensure suppliers/ factories capability.

You’ll make an impact doing:

Strategic sourcing and optimize procurement process

Understand suppliers capabilities, capacity and performance, Plan factory visits to monitor production and assess factory capacity.

Use in-depth understanding of component pricing to provide cost saving opportunities.





Lead sourcing initiatives/projects with cross functional partners.

Apply digitalization and new ways of working

Continuously develop product & market knowledge and industry know how

Communicate with retail team in aligning sourcing strategy, buy trip arrangement and manage critical issues during order execution process

What are we looking for:

Regional or global experience in Food sourcing

Agriculture experience

Excellent problem solving skills. Creatively able to develop alternative solutions to achieve product and business objectives.

In-depth knowledge of relevant suppliers

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Clear, direct and open approach.

Fluent in English
