What Your Impact Will Be Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes, with a strong emphasis on P&L; and Cost analysis.

Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual performance and forecasted metrics, providing actionable insights to management.

Collaboration: Partner with FP&A;, Demand Planning, Inbound, Controllership, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate tracking of P&L; lines and alignment on financial objectives.

Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to facilitate strategic discussions.

Scenario Analysis: Assess various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications What We're Looking For 3 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the consumer goods industry or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel.





Familiarity with Oracle System is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and synthesize insights for business strategies.
