We need a hands-on hunter who has personally sold software development, IT consulting, outsourcing, nearshore, staff augmentation or similar technology services.

???? ??? ???? ??:

- Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and relationships.
- Open strategic accounts and generate new logos.




- Sell directly to CEOs, owners, CTOs, CIOs and senior decision makers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Work with technical teams to create tailored solutions.
- Negotiate profitable engagements.
- Help define the Mexico go-to-market strategy.
- As the business grows, help recruit, coach and lead the commercial team.

- 5+ years selling technology services, preferably software development or IT outsourcing.
- Proven hunter / new-business track record.
- Complex B2B and consultative sales experience.
- Experience selling to mid-sized and/or large organizations.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology services.
- Comfortable speaking with both business and technical executives.
- English + Spanish.
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, autonomous and highly driven.

Strong plus : nearshore, dedicated engineering teams, staff augmentation, custom software, cloud/DevOps, AI/ML, data or IoT sales.
