We are seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise digital experience solutions built on the Sitecore ecosystem. This hands-on technical leadership role combines deep expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud, Content Hub, composable and headless architectures, .NET, Microsoft Azure, integrations, and modern DevOps practices.

The idóneo candidate will have strong experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing digital platforms while providing technical guidance to development teams. You will work closely with architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering leadership to modernize digital experiences, optimize content operations, and drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop enterprise digital experience solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud, Content Hub, JSS, and Experience Edge.
- Lead backend development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET, applying clean architecture and software design best practices.
- Design and implement headless and composable DXP architectures and modern frontend solutions.
- Configure and enhance Sitecore Content Hub, including DAM capabilities, content lifecycle management, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, and governance.
- Lead modernization and migration initiatives from traditional Sitecore XP/XM environments to XM Cloud and composable architectures.
- Design and implement integrations between Sitecore and enterprise platforms using REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and observability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation,



and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, release planning, and production support.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development and enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise with Sitecore XM Cloud, Content Hub, Headless Services, Experience Edge, Sitecore JSS, and Content Serialization.
- Experience designing headless Sitecore and composable DXP architectures.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Entity Framework, microservices, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Sitecore Content Hub, including DAM, content lifecycle management, workflow automation, and content governance.
- Experience with Next.js and modern headless frontend architectures.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, API Management, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience integrating Sitecore with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM, CDP, marketing automation, and e-commerce solutions.
- Experience implementing CI/CD and deployment automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git, along with strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Sitecore XM Cloud Developer Certification or Sitecore Certified Professional Developer.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
- Experience with Sitecore AI capabilities and AI-driven personalization features.
- Experience with Docker and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of ARM Templates.
- Experience implementing automated testing and deployment strategies.
