Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a distributed team developing and modernizing enterprise software solutions across SaaS, mobile, and on-premise environments. You will work across the full application stack, from databases and backend services to modern web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex full-stack applications.
- Build and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.
- Perform unit testing and participate in CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Lead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- Participate in system design, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive testing and product quality.
- Mentor developers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Required Skills & Experience




- 5 years of expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.
- Experience building complex SPAs with AngularJS, React, and/or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
- Experience with RESTful services and/or microservices.
- Experience with Docker on Linux or macOS.
- Experience with NoSQL or MultiValue (PICK) databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, TDD, and Git.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10 years of software industry experience in product design, architecture, development, or support.
- Experience with legacy application modernization is highly valued.
- Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
- HCM domain knowledge is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to mentor other developers.
- Strong adaptability and interest in learning new technologies.
