What You'll Do
- Manage the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to pitching, contract negotiation, and closing deals that drive significant business growth.
- Leverage local knowledge to identify and bring on the best restaurants in strategic markets, ensuring our selection meets the diverse needs of our users.
- Communicate the value of Uber Eats and our latest product features clearly, removing barriers to entry and helping partners reach their specific business goals.
- Collaborate across operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new partners, setting them up for measurable success within their first month on the platform.




- Own restaurant partner performance during the critical first 28 days, providing consultative support to ensure a strong start and long-term retention.
- Proactively identify and redesign inefficient internal processes, ensuring the team can move quickly and succeed at a massive scale despite shifting priorities.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing a complex sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities.
- Degree level education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications
