Talent Acquisition Specialist

YOUR TASKS

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead recruitment activities from candidate attraction through offer management and hiring.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support salary offer preparation and hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the labor market.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
