This South America Tax
Manager role is a key regional position owning end‑to‑end Latin‑America tax compliance and tax strategy work. You will collaborate closely with the general tax centre, local finance, commercial teams and external tax advisors, taking ownership of tax matters across our expanding South‑American footprint.

Mexicano 769, torre B, piso 2, Ampliación Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520, Ciudad de México, CDMX(Suites 259 and 261) Possess expert-level knowledge of the tax legislation, compliance regulations and operational practices for at least one Latin American jurisdiction, with a comprehensive grasp of regional tax frameworks and systems. Demonstrate proficient working knowledge of Brazilian tax regimes, including ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS,
IRPJ and CSLL; independently complete full-cycle tax declaration and filing procedures for relevant tax categories. Maintain solid understanding of cross-border import and export business models in Latin America, as well as corresponding tax policies and processing rules for international trade scenarios.
Partner with internal business teams to assess tax-related business needs, conduct in-depth business model reviews, design tailored tax solutions, and proactively identify core compliance obligations and potential tax exposure risks. Collaborate closely with finance and business functions, oversee and coordinate external tax service providers, develop and execute tax strategies for e-commerce platform businesses and offline operational scenarios, and conduct regular reviews to continuously optimize regional tax policies and solutions. 4–8 years of substantive professional experience in Latin American taxation, with proven hands-on experience in local tax operation, declaration and compliance management across the region. ~ Fluent professional English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant competitive advantage. ~ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and multicultural communication capabilities, able to align with diverse global teams efficiently. ~ Competitive compensation package and clear multi‑dimensional career‑growth path within global tax function, abundant opportunities to participate in cross‑border international tax projects across multiple markets.
