We challenge the traditional model of recruiting and skill-building, creating a strategic bridge between the opportunities companies have, and the talent people already have or can develop. Our team brings experience from consulting (McKinsey, BCG), recruiting, as well as building new ventures in corporate and startup settings.

You'll partner with founders and hiring managers at startups and high-growth companies to build exceptional technical teams. You'll own senior and critical technical searches end-to-end, leveraging your network, recruiting experience, and knowledge of the tech talent market.

Responsibilities

- Hiring strategy: Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, calibrate requirements, and design interview and selection criteria that identify high-performing talent.
- End-to-end recruiting: Lead senior and critical technical searches from sourcing through offer, maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
- Talent network: Leverage and continuously expand your network across the engineering and startup ecosystem to identify and engage high-performing talent.
- Talent intelligence: Use AI, talent and market data to identify talent pools,



inform search strategies, and continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

Minimum qualifications

- 7+ years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP in startups or high-growth companies.
- Track record of recruiting senior and top engineering talent through relationship-driven sourcing, leveraging a strong network in the tech community.
- First-hand experience with performance calibration, bringing a strong understanding of the attributes and behaviors that differentiate high-performing technical talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence hiring requirements, interview processes, and selection decisions.
- Deep knowledge of technical recruiting tools and workflows, including ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and proficiency using AI-enabled recruiting tools.
