We're looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our engineering team, helping transform technical requirements into innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical solutions and cost estimates
- Present products, services, and value-added solutions to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend process, equipment, or product improvements
- Support project execution and order management
- Deliver technical training and guidance to customers
- Travel up to 25-50% to support client relationships and business development
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Management, Product Management, Costing, or related areas within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development
- Experience with ERP systems, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels and work effectively in a hybrid environment
