We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer - GPON to strengthen our FTTH network operations and deliver high-quality solutions in optical transmission technologies.

? Key Responsibilities

- Network support: Provide maintenance, upgrades, and testing for ZTE GPON solutions.
- Troubleshooting support: Deliver technical assistance and perform diagnostics for SBC & IMS Core Network platforms, ensuring stability and reliability.
- On-site operations: Implement strategic solutions and coordinate with customers.
- Customer training: Deliver technical training on company technologies and solutions.

? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Linux and/or SQL.




- Experience with optical transmission networks.
- Hands-on expertise with GPON network architecture, FTTH deployment projects, and ONT devices used at customer premises.
- Previous technical support experience preferred.
- Availability to travel within Mexico and valid driver’s license.
