In this role, you will lead the LAM regional marketing Home and Scent strategy for GCB (Global Consumer Brands) business. You will provide regional strategy supported by market insights u0026 analysis, youu2019ll build the LAM Home marketing strategic materials, and concepts for new value propositions, innovation, support and drive customer strategy, visits and events. Your key responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to position dsm-firmenich fragrances effectively across the GCB (Integral Consumer Brands) customers.
* Ensure business projects are developed, executed u0026 prioritized based on business indicators with and impeccable tracking of Marketing ROI.
* Work collaboratively across departments (Ru0026 D, Fragrance development, commercial, consumer insights) to bring about winning solutions and experiences for GCB Accounts.
* Analyze macro, cross-cultural global trends, and insights to identify high impact fragrance propositions.
* Provides market tracking u0026 market analyses, trends u0026 Trenzu00ae, customer, and consumer insights by translating information from business intelligence, customer visits,



and other sources into relevant insights for the GCB Home business unit as input for new solutions and innovation.
* Develop trend, market data and insight-led marketing presentations that ensure consumer and GCB effective and sustained solutions
* Be the distinguishable factor that drives customer visits, exhibitions, and events, ensuring deployment of new and existing solutions to our customers in close collaboration with the sales force.
* Own the storytelling of fragrance messages and create winning marketing concepts.
* Participate in Accounts, Regional u0026 Global Marketing meetings by representing your region and expertise. You Bring
* Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
* 6u years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, fragrance, Home Care categories, or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of the Home Fragrance and/or Home Care industry
* Advanced English (written and spoken).
* Demonstrated experience leading cross-regional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders without direct authority
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and navigating organizational dynamics
* To be able to work independently, resilient, self-driven
