What You Will DoRead & Review:Analyze the name, category, and description of menu items written inSpanish
Confirm Context:Check the item photo (if available) to visually verify the food type.
Classify (Dish Label):Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown (e.g., searching keywords like "pasta" or "grilled chicken").




Categorize (Course Label):Select the appropriate Course Label in English (e.g., Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, Beverage, Other).
Add Contextual Notes:Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or highly localized to ensure no data row is left blank.Project DetailsStatus : ASAP
