Currently working with international clients, and we are looking for anElectronic Hardware Design & Release Engineerresponsible for the design, validation, and technical release of automotive electronic components, ensuring proper hardware–software integration, obsolescence management, and compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.

✈️Valid visaKey ResponsibilitiesHardware Design & Release
Develop and lead electronichardware design (schematics, component selection, architecture).
Manage design release throughBOM, ECNs, and ECRs within PLMsystems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena).
Define technical alternatives for obsolescence/EOL and track components at risk.
HW–SW Integration
Collaborate with embedded software teams to ensure compatibility and properHW/SW integrationthroughout the product lifecycle.
Validation & Testing
Define and coordinateDV/PV testing, electrical validation, EMC te sts, and environmental testing.
Oversee test execution and ensure compliance with performance and safety requirements.
Analysis & Problem-Solving
Perform failure diagnostics, advanced debugging, and root cause analysis.
Propose design improvements based on data and validation outcomes.
Supplier & Manufacturing Collaboration
Work with suppliers, labs, and manufacturing plants for NPI, DFM/DFA activities, and resolution of production issues.




Ensure technical deliverables and alignment with supplier specifications.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure conformity with automotive standards: I SO *****, ASIL, A‐SPICE, AEC‐Q*******.Requirements
Must‐Have QualificationsBachelor's degree inElectronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineeringor related field.
4+ yearsin electronic hardware design for embedded or automotive systemsg.
Proven experience inPCB design and review, schematic development, and component selection.
Strong knowledge o f microcontrollers, So Cs, memory devices, and digital/analog interfaces.
Deep experience with communication protocols: C AN, LIN, Ethernet, SPI, I2 C, USB.
Proficiency inBOM management, EOL analysi s, replacement strategies, and technical risk assessment.
Experience withPLM tools (Jira, Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena).
Expert knowledge of industry standards: I SO ***** (ASIL), A-SPICE, AEC‐Q100/AEC‐Q200.
Strong programming skills inC/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulinkfor validation and automation.
Experience in requirements management tools (DOORS, etc.).
Proficiency in validation tools:Lab VIEW, d SPACE, NIVeri Stand.
Advanced English.
Valid visa requiredNice‐to‐Have SkillsExpertise in supplier management and electronic projects.
Experience in supplier management and electronic project coordination.
Knowledge of prototyping and preliminary testing.
Exposure to electronic reliability analysis.
