HANA DB AdminWe are seeking an SAP HANA Administrator to provide L2/L3 support for complex SAP landscapes.
The idóneo candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise in HANA/Sybase database administration, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination in a managed service delivery model.
This role demands operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous learning in a dynamic global support setup.Key Responsibilities
Deliver L2/L3 technical support for SAP HANA infrastructure in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.Administer HANA and Sybase databases, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and space management.Handle P1/P2 incidents with urgency and precision, ensuring timely resolution and de-escalation.Track and report SLA/KPI metrics; ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.Prior experience in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered an advantage.Key activities

Hands-on experience in HANA and Sybase database operations.Experience in managed service delivery and global support environments.Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA/KPI tracking.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL(Will be evaluated).
