We are currently searching for aScrum Master :
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile delivery(Scrum/Kanban) by supporting planning, refinement, and execution while leadingretrospectivesto drive continuous improvement.
Build and manage project/sprint plans , including milestones, dependencies, andRAID logs(Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) with clear status reporting.
Lead scope definitionand requirements discovery throughstakeholder interviews , workflow reviews, and data/process analysis.




Write and manage user storieswith clear acceptance criteria, documenting process flows and functional specifications.
Partner with engineering and architectureto shape solution design, assess impacts, and coordinate technical dependencies across teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams(Engineering, QA, Product, Operations, Vendors) to deliver capabilities on time, tracking metrics likethroughput and cycle time.
Support QA/UATby preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, triaging defects, and confirming release readiness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Masteror Agile Project Manager in a technical environment.
Strong analytical skillswith the ability to translate business needs intoclear technical deliverables.
Expertise in RAID managementand proactive risk mitigation.
Hands-on experience with Agile toolsand tracking delivery metrics (defect trends, velocity, etc.).
Ability to lead stakeholder interviewsand document complex process flows.
Desired:
Salesforce experience(highly preferred).
Experience managingmulti-year strategic initiativesalongside BAU (Business As Unusual) enhancements.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
