We are looking for skilled Application Developers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization.
This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet complex business needs, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop custom software solutions across multiple system components and applicationsTranslate business and system requirements into technical design specificationsDefine and implement integration approaches between systemsProvide support for application deployments and production releasesEnsure development aligns with coding standards and interface specificationsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing tokey technical decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and QAProvide innovative solutions to technical and functional challengesTechnical Skills Required:4+ years of experience in Oracle technologies and related roles.Strong expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM Development).




Solid experience as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation, process understanding).
Experience in QA: Test execution, Test automation.Hands-on experience in: Application development and customization, System integrations, Production support and deployments.Fluent in English (Advanced) C1- C2Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, leadership.Location & Schedule:Location: Candidates located in Monterrey, Saltillo, or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 times per week.Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location).
