Execute email and Linked In outreach campaignsFind and validate candidate contact informationAdd candidates to sequences and monitor resultsTrack responses and update candidate statusesMaintain internal dashboards and outreach listsHandle follow-ups, bounced emails,
and out-of-office repliesMonitor inboxes and process candidate interest and scheduling updatesMust-haves
Experience with CRM (hubspot...)High attention to detail and organizationTech-savvy and quick to learn new toolsVery receptive to feedback and seeks feedbackAccountable to mistakes and honest with that.
Open to ask for help.Strong judgment and ability to work independentlyComfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and email toolsNice-to-haves
