The adecuado candidate is a hands-on senior engineer with strong enterprise software development experience, solid API and microservices expertise, and exposure toAI-powered applications, intelligent automation, or Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, scalable software features and services.Design, build, and maintainREST APIs.Develop enterprise applications usingJava and Spring Boot.Work with modernmicroservices-based architectures.Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming.Translate customer and business requirements into technical designs.Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on software design and architecture.Balance new feature development, defect resolution, and technical debt.Work closely with Dev Ops teams to build and maintainCI/CD pipelines.Apply API management concepts and work with tools such asAPIM.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies,



including story refinement.Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such asGit Hub Copilot and Claude Codeto accelerate development and improve code quality.Contribute to AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, or Generative AI-enabled products.
RequisitosRequired Qualifications
8–12 years of professional software development experience , with a strong background in enterprise applications.Strong hands-on experience withJava 8/11/17+.
Strong professional experience withSpring Boot.Hands-on experience withSpring MVC and Spring Security.Strong experience designing and developingREST APIs.Solid experience withMicroservices Architecture.Understanding of API management concepts and platforms such asAPIM.Experience with software engineering best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.Experience working withCI/CD and Dev Ops teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Advanced English (B2+/C1)for collaboration with international teams.
