Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be The area plays a critical role in enabling product visibility and readiness across digital and physical sales channels in LATAM for product listing. It works closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to manage catalog accuracy, timelines, and content quality. Main responsabilities: Coordinate and supervise the end-to-end listing process across the LATAM region for the company’s portfolio of products and clients in both traditional retail and e-commerce channels. Act as the main point of contact with the listing agency to initiate requests, validate deliverables, request adjustments, and manage overall workload. Execute sanity checks and ensure that product content and images meet quality standards and client requirements. Manage information base files used for listing process as well as platforms used for image sourcing.



Asset sharing through tools like Share Point and catalog dashboards tracking.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For Ability to think analytically and identify key priorities. Strong attention to detail in reviewing large data and complex files. Ownership and accountability in managing end-to-end listing process. Communication and collaboration across different teams. Solution-driven mindset with organizational skills. Familiarity with listing templates or e-commerce platforms Understanding of retail or digital product listing processes (Including Self-Service and Non Self-Service clients) Advanced english
