What You Will Do El Senior Field Sales Manager es responsable de liderar el equipo de ventas campo a nivel regional compuesto por una amplia organización de supervisores y promotores basado en las políticas vigentes de Compliance.
Su función principal radica en el aseguramiento de la implementación de las estrategias de las 5p´s para las marcas de Kenvue consumo así como los objetivos numéricos y ponderados de exhibición ( WDE, DDPP´s) en la zona a su cargo
Coordina la ejecución de las negociaciones de los equipos de cuentas fundamental en el punto de venta y habilita la comunica
