We are currently searching for aLead Technical Program Manager:
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiativesensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworksfor the organization.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalationsacross multiple streams,



proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
Analyze existing data across enterprise toolsto identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataversefor scalable solutions.
Build and customize Power Appsto streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reportsto provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectivelyto senior leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Program Managerin a technology-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse(data modeling and flows).
Expertise in Power Apps(custom application development).
Advanced Power BI skills(reporting, dashboards, andDAX ).
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desired:
Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Background in Business Intelligence (BI).
Languages
