We are looking for aPeople Soft Application Security Analystto join our team and support security administration for ERP applications, primarilyPeople Soft FSCM and People Soft HCM.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business security requirements and translating them into secure, scalable configurations within People Soft.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to configure roles, permission lists, and user access while also implementingsecurity enhancements and improvements to the application security architecture.
This position requires hands-on experience withPeople Soft Core Security , ERP environments, and a solid understanding of how application security supportsaudit and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimizePeople Soft security roles, permission lists,



and user profilesacross ERP environments.
Implementsecurity enhancements and improvementsto the People Soft security architecture, not limited to access provisioning.
Analyze business requirements and translate them intosecure application configurations within People Soft.
Providesecurity administration and user supportfor ERP applications including People Soft FSCM and HCM.
Develop and maintainsecurity documentation, reports, and audit-related information.
CreateSQL queries and scriptsto analyze security configurations and generate reports when required.
Participate insecurity testing activities , including QA and UAT for security changes and enhancements.
Support internal stakeholders withsecurity-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Ensure security configurations comply withinternal governance policies and SOX audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve ERP security standards and processes.Desired ProfileExperience & Seniority
Mid-level to Semi-Senior experience inPeople Soft Application Security or ERP Security Administration.
At least3+ years of experience working with People Soft securityenvironments.
Experience working in enterprise ERP environments supporting Finance, HR, or Supply Chain systems.
Technical Skills
Strong experience withPeople Soft Core Security.




Experience configuringroles, permission lists, and user profiles.
Experience implementingsecurity enhancements or improvements , not limited to user provisioning.
Knowledge ofPeople Soft FSCM and/or HCM modules.
Experience writingSQL queriesfor reporting and analysis.
Understanding ofERP security models and access governance practices.
Familiarity withticketing systems and incident/request management processes.
Compliance & Governance
Basic understanding ofSOX compliance and audit-related security controls.
Experience supportingsecurity reviews, audits, or compliance activities.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical security solutions.

Education
Bachelor's degree inInformation Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
