We are hiring an Outbound Sales Team Manager for a Washington-based home renovation company.

Compensation:$1,800 USD per month.
Performance-based bonuses may be available after several months based on results.About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can build and manage a low-cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with local US homeowners.
This role is responsible for the entire outbound process, including hiring agents, training them, sourcing homeowner data, creating outreach processes, managing performance, and improving results.
You will not be the primary caller.

S. homeownersCreate scripts, call flows,



and training materialsSource homeowner data and prospect listsIdentify and manage lead sources and data providersMonitor team performance and appointment generationCoach underperforming agents and improve resultsManage schedules, coverage, and daily operationsTrack KPIs and report results to managementRequirementsExperience working in home services (roofing, remodeling, restoration, HVAC, solar, windows, landscaping, etc.)Experience managing outbound sales or appointment-setting teamsExperience with cold calling and outbound lead generationExperience hiring, training, and managing lower-cost remote teamsExperience sourcing homeowner leads and prospect listsStrong sales management and coaching skillsStrong English communication skillsAvailable during U. S. business hoursIdeal CandidateYou have built and managed an outbound sales or appointment-setting team before.
You understand how to find quality homeowner data, hire and train remote agents, maintain quality standards, and consistently generate appointments.
You know how to keep a remote team motivated, accountable, and performing at a high level.
