You will also play a key part in project success by leveraging language technology and developing pilot processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times,



aligning technical specifications with client expectations. Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency. Manage financial governance by ensuring the accuracy of legal entities, POs, and billing schedules within internal systems.

Serve as a cross-functional liaison, effectively conveying specific client requirements to Project Managers with clarity and technical precision. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and average project value. Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.

Education and Experience Education: Essential: Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree.

Desirable: Master's Degree.
