We are looking for a
Service Now Developer / Administrator
to design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now solutions across
ITSM and ITOM. The adecuado candidate combines strong Service Now development and scripting experience with knowledge of platform administration, integrations, workflows, and CMDB. Because this is a
specialized Service Now position , candidates who meet approximately
70% of the requirements
may be considered, particularly if they have strong
Service Now development, scripting, ITSM, and integration experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Service Now applications and platform capabilities.
Configure and enhance
ITSM modules , including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Support
ITOM capabilities , including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
Develop using
Java Script, Glide API, Glide Ajax, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
Build workflows and automations using
Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
Develop integrations using
REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server , and web services.
Perform data migration and transformation using
Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripting.
Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, integrations, and platform performance issues.
Support upgrades, releases, cloning, patching,



and instance maintenance.
Maintain CMDB data quality and platform governance.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
Mentor junior developers and promote Service Now development best practices.
Required Experience 3–5+ years of Service Now development/administration experience.
Strong experience with
Service Now scripting and Java Script.
Solid knowledge of
ITSM
processes and Service Now configuration.
Experience with Service Now integrations and APIs.
Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and automation.
Knowledge of CMDB and preferably
ITOM
capabilities.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Service Now production environments.
Strong understanding of Service Now development standards and secure coding practices.
Nice to Have Service Now certifications such as
CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM.
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.
Experience with Integration Hub and MID Server.
Experience developing custom Service Now applications.
Experience mentoring developers.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL
