The opportunity

Polar Salud is a growing private hospital platform with approximately ten hospitals in Mexico. The company is entering a decisive stage of institutionalization, integration and value creation following a period of expansion through acquisitions.
We are seeking a highly analytical, executionoriented finance leader to serve as a close partner to the Deputy CEO. This individual will combine corporate finance, value creation and transformation management to turn strategic priorities into measurable results across the platform.
Role purpose

Increase the execution capacity of the Deputy CEO and the broader organization by providing firstclass financial insight, strengthening executive decisionmaking, and ensuring that highpriority value creation and transformation initiatives move forward with pace, ownership and discipline.
What you will lead
Corporate finance and decision support
Build and own highimpact financial analyses and models covering profitability, integrated financial statements, working capital, debt, leases, investments and strategic alternatives.
Partner with the Deputy CEO on the platforms most important financial and operating decisions, translating complex information into clear recommendations.
Prepare executivelevel analyses, presentations and decision materials for the Management Committee, Presidency Committee and Board of Directors.
Support selected interactions with lenders, advisors, auditors and other external stakeholders.
Value creation and performance
Track value creation plans for each hospital, including commitments, milestones, financial impact and execution risks.




Work directly with hospital CEOs and corporate leaders to identify EBITDA, cash flow, workingcapital and productivity opportunities.
Create the tools and management cadence required to institutionalize financial discipline across a multisite platform.
Ensure that analyses lead to decisions and that decisions translate into measurable operational and financial outcomes.
Executive reporting and analytics
Lead platformwide executive reporting, including monthly PL performance, commercial and operational indicators, scorecards and governance materials.
Raise the standard of analytical quality, synthesis and executive storytelling, while ensuring timely and reliable information.
Develop the Analysis team into a highperforming talent pipeline with strong financial and business judgment.
Strategic transformation
Design and operate the Transformation Office one portfolio of initiatives, clear owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks and escalation mechanisms.
Drive progress across priority initiatives such as systems implementation, hospital integration, process improvement, accounting close, budgeting, consolidated procurement, revenue cycle, productivity and operating efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, align stakeholders and bring practical solutions.



The role does not technically execute every initiative, but is accountable for ensuring that each one advances.
Profile we are looking for
5 years of highintensity experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction services, strategic finance or strategy consulting.
Advanced financial modeling skills, including integrated financial statements, valuation, profitability, working capital and debt analysis.
Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with the ability to produce Boardready materials and concise executive recommendations.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Proven ability to manage multiple highstakes workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Genuine willingness to remain handson this leader will personally build models, analyses and presentations when speed or quality requires it.
Experience with Power BI is preferred Python is a plus.
Practical familiarity with accounting systems or ERP implementations is valued but not required.
Healthcare or multisite operating experience is advantageous but not essential.
Availability to work from Mexico City and travel occasionally to hospitals across the network.
