Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
Create and update work instructions, flowcharts, and process documentation.
Implement cost-reduction and cycle-time optimization projects.
Provide technical support to production lines and resolve process-related issues.
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or a related field).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly,



and PCB manufacturing (desirable).
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
