What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter Experience sourcing technical profiles Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS/recruiting tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Must have staffing industry experience
