Main Responsibilities Identify, research, and develop potential suppliers, including collecting all necessary documentation for supplier registration. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of existing suppliers in accordance with the TQRDCES (Technical, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, Cost, Environment, Social) criteria. Perform daily operational tasks, such as recording supplier negotiation meeting minutes; preparing supplier survey/investigation reports; compiling summary catalogues for source verification of required products; drafting and reviewing commercial purchase contracts.

Required Knowledge and Experience 2–3 years of procurement experience, specifically in industrial products/categories. Solid experience in supplier management and performance assessment. Strong business negotiation skills, with the ability to proactively follow up and coordinate price adjustments with suppliers, as well as proven capability in price negotiation.
