Emerson is seeking a seasoned Lean Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement in our Reciente Laredo manufacturing site. You will lead strategic initiatives, deploy Lean culture, and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance operational excellence.
Responsibilities include analyzing value streams, planning KAIZEN events, training staff, and reporting progress to the Operational Excellence Committee for Emerson Latin America.
