We’re hiring: Account Executive – LatAm (Mexico)

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive , you’ll own Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider LatAm market.

You’ll:

- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.
- Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges.
- Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.
- Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate.
- Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow across LatAm.
- Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we expand beyond Mexico.





What We’re Looking For

- 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.
- A proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Experience in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, recruitment tech, or similar is a strong plus.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.
