The MLM Value Creation Specialists will play a key role inidentifying, developing, and implementing strategiesthat enhanceorganizational efficiency and drive profitability. This position requires strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and the abilityto collaborateeffectively across departments to address operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to enhanceoverall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics strategies to evaluate performance metrics and assess the impact of initiatives generating clearreports tocommunicate findings and recommendations to the stakeholders.

Opportunity Identification:

Analyze business processes toidentifyareas for improvement and potential value creation whilecollaborating closelywith cross-functional teams.

Strategy Development:

Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improveprofitability bycollaboratingwith differentdepartments to align initiatives with overall businessobjectives.

Project Management:

Lead and manage projects aimed at implementing value creation strategies,ensuringtime completion,within budget, andachievingdesired outcomes.

Collaboration and communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for value creationinitiatives.



Facilitateworkshops and meetings to engage teams and gather insights.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of value creation initiatives and drivecontinuous improvement. Refine strategies based on performance data.

Training and Development:

Educate team members on value creation methodologies and best practices. Foster a culture ofaccountability andcontinuesimprovement within the team.

Experience Requirements

Open to internal and external candidates

- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial engineering or project management.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Proven cost-savings delivery
- Experience leading plant improvement initiatives
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills
