* Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory and specialized test equipment to
support customer testing.
* Execute test plans and datasheets in accordance with established standards
and procedures.
* Evaluate test performance, analyze sample operation, and interpret test
results.
* Accurately record observed and calculated data, completing test reports and
UL datasheets.
* Examine customer samples, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and
operational instructions to ensure correct test execution.
* Communicate with customers during test setup and operation to ensure proper
evaluation and understanding of test methods and results.
* Provide feedback to Engineering and Management on testing issues, laboratory
procedures,



and improvement opportunities.
* Build, modify, or adapt test setups and equipment to meet new or changing
testing requirements.
* Perform routine maintenance and basic calibration of laboratory equipment.
* Train and support other staff on specific test methods and equipment setup.
* May plan tests, direct staff during test setups, and provide professional
opinions and interpretations of results.
* Apply continuous improvement concepts to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and
overall lab performance.
