We're hiring: Business Development Manager – Mexico

I'm currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for an innovative AI-powered market research and consumer insights solution in Mexico.

This is a senior, hunter-focused opportunity for someone who understands the Mexican market research ecosystem, has an established network of enterprise decision-makers, and has a proven record of winning new business.

Key responsibilities:

- Build and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico
- Acquire new enterprise clients and develop qualified pipeline
- Re-engage existing and former research/consulting relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Build relationships with senior leaders across Consumer Insights, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, and Category Management
- Work directly with senior leadership on strategic opportunities
- Help establish and grow the company's presence in Mexico

What we're looking for:

- 5–10+ years of consultative sales or business development experience
- Direct experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a closely related industry
- Experience with organizations such as NielsenIQ,



Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, GfK, Circana, or comparable companies
- Strong, current network of enterprise decision-makers in Mexico
- Proven success personally acquiring and closing new accounts
- Strong hunter/new-business development profile
- Full-cycle sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, analytics, data, or technology-enabled solutions is highly valued
- Fluent Spanish and advanced professional English
- Comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders and operating independently

Location: Mexico | Remote

Preferred: Mexico City
