Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition




- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or high-complex positions

Knowledge and Skills

- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
