✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or a related field).
Knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, and PCB manufacturing (desirable).
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
