PepsiCo seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver SAP training across general platforms. You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and job aids using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.

The role is based in Monterrey or Mexico City, collaborating with SMEs and global teams. Minimum 1–2 years in instructional design with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required, plus a passion for continuous learning and quality
